THE SMELL AND TASTE OF SPAIN: HOW TO PREPARE THE POPULAR GREEN GAZPACHO!

If you are in a hurry and want a healthy meal, then we recommend that you prepare this Spanish specialty.
The green gazpacho is easy and simple for preparation and it will take you only 25 minutes.
Ingredients required:
  • 100 gr. spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • One big chopped cucumber
  • ½ Green chili peppers, no seeds
  • 1 handful parsley

  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 pieces of young onion, chopped
  • 200 gr. yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • one handful of peas

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender, without the oil and peas. Add enough water to create a thick soup. Then, add the oil and chilli at least two hours before serving and stir. Before serving, place a little oil and add the cooked pea.
