The green gazpacho is easy and simple for preparation and it will take you only 25 minutes.
Ingredients required:
- 100 gr. spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- One big chopped cucumber
- ½ Green chili peppers, no seeds
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 avocado
- 4 pieces of young onion, chopped
- 200 gr. yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- one handful of peas
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender, without the oil and peas. Add enough water to create a thick soup. Then, add the oil and chilli at least two hours before serving and stir. Before serving, place a little oil and add the cooked pea.
